I got new s4 less than 6month ago I had a problem with the camera for the phone that just stop working miidle of its performance and gave me camera error message then it never worked again. So i brought my phone for the first repair. After collection sms, I fetch the phone but i did not check the phone inside the store if it was functioning correctly, when I came home and checked the camera, it was not fixed and I had black dot on my screen when i use camera which I never had it before. Staying in Rondebosch and travelling to Canal Walk with public transport is a mission so I only made my way to canal walk only end of July. 2nd of Aug I recieved phone call tha it is been TESTED and ready for collection. But when i switched my phone on infront of the Vodacom agent, phone was still NOT fixed. How could it possibly tested when I still have the same problem the moment that i switch my phone on? the agent then just went inside of the office without any explanation then came out much later saying they have to send the phone to joburg and it will take up to 2 weeks. Wasting my time and money travelling and getting such a reckless service is very unpleasant and unprofessional of them!!
