I renewed my contract in August with Cell C. I took the Samsung Galaxy S4 contract. On the very first day I realized the phone reboots almost every time I used the camera. I reported it to the branch where I renewed the contract and returned the phone within the 7 days stipulated in which to get a new replacement phone.
I am still waiting for my new replacement phone!!! TWO MONTHS down the line!! I am being charged for the new contract, obviously.
This is pathetic service and a breach of contract!!!
I am tired of waiting.
I expect an answer immediately.
