Samsung Galaxy s3 repaired twice & not fixed at al

After buying a Samsung Galaxy s3, understanding its one of the best phones on the market i was excited to get this phone, on 25/07/2012 i finally got mine not knowing only to discover a few weeks later that the phone is faulty, 1) when making phone calls the person on the other side cannot hear me clearly 2) phone simply does not want to charge at all, i got the phone back yesterday from repairs for the 2nd time as i sent it back after the 1st time straight after noticing it wasnt fixed yet, getting the phone back the 2nd time to notice damage done to the phone where i always had the phone in a pouch they decided to damage it with no care in the world the lady tells me all she can do is send it in for repaires again!!! im tired of this & i want this phone to be REPLACED, i wont take this any longer.
