I recieved a very confusing sms regarding my debit order for my new contract. promptly phoned the call centre and was helped immediately and the sms explained clearly to me. Also phoned in about caller id and again the phone was answered quickly and I was helped immediately! I wil never ever go back to MTN if the service is the good!
