I placed an online order 6 days ago and the status of my order has not changed despite the website indicating delivery can be expected within 2-10 days.
I emailed them only to be told my query has been escalated.
I phoned, the call was answered quickly but then I was put on hold and eventually the call dropped.
I phoned back and again was helped quickly but as I was speaking, the call went quiet and eventually dropped.
My order number 2015595/20140105/CNA
I have now requested cancelation of the order both online and via email.
I'm a regularly online shopper and shop both locally and internationally but have never experienced such pathetic service!
