Unlawful Billing

I have recently discovered that, airtime has been deducted from my mobile phone without my knowledge and permission.

This is tottally unacceptable and illegal business activity by MIRA NETWORKS especially since there was no agrrement prior to these unlawful deductions. I didnt even know MIRA NETWORKS until I requested more clarity from MTN. i consider this as.

This poses a security threat and loss of business since i cannot recharge my mobile phone without having to worry about vultures such as MIRA NETWORKS.

Please assist in stopping these illegal activities.
