Ad contract explination and rudeness

I was on a topup135 and paid R138.50 and it was upgrade time so I went to the store because the vodacom stores in our town couldn't help me so I took the upgrade trade in deal, you trade your bb8520. For a bb9320 on topup 99 for R129 but the sales lady was so eager to get it over and done because she had so many other clients to help and never explained about a R9.50 caller id so I signed for R129 when the first invoice came it was R132.50 so I tried to e mail them a few times no response so I went on the internet and phoned the store manager and a guy picked up and said phone tomorrow phoned again nothing so after about 15 calls I got her and explained what's my problem so she then replied that I signed for a R9.50 caller I'd I must read and I said no I signed for R129 per month so she said that I'm paying a reduced caller I'd fee but she will let vodacom know that it must be a full R9.50 then she was so rude and disrespectful and when I received my 3rd invoice my total wasR138.50 I phoned 111 sent mails and no one can awnser me they just say drive the 170km to the shop and sort it out with them I mean really... It feels like they are the client and I must serve them
