Poor service for reversal of debit orders not belo

2 debit orders not belonging to myself were deducted off my account, I phoned the call centre whom helped me put a stop order on it and was then told to go into the bank to reverse it. I did so and was told the money would reflect back into my account immediately. Two days later I phoned the call centre again asking why the money is not yet in my account to be told it should be in later that day as it takes between 12 to 48hrs. It is now been 6 days and the money is still not in my account!! To phone the call centre for the to tell me to go back to the branch!!! This is pathetic!! I have never had such poor service from a bank ever, its shocking to hear alll the reasons why a person must go with fnb yet they couldn't careless as to what happens with the money we worked so hard for!!! I now intend closing this account and going back standard bank!!!
