I know I complain easily... and it is not my first time that I had an emergency at this specific Medicross; and I really just want to thank all the staff who helped us yesterday (and all the previous times)
The creche phoned me @ 9:40 to say my baby had a fever of 38; I phoned and was told that I must bring him immediately. I arrived at 10:20. I was at the back of a long qeue; but the receptionist noticed me immediately; already had my file ready so I could just quickly sign - and I was sent to the emergency room. The nurse immediately took his temp and phoned the dr... I think he got his suppositry within 5 minutes of stopping at the clinic.
We were treated professionaly and what was an emergency for me - was treated like an emergency.
