MY HUSBAND RECEIVED HIS Q5 UPGRADE ON THE 14 AUGUST 2013.HE USED THE PHONE FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND DISCOVERED A SMALL MARK IN THE TOP CORNER OF THE PHONE. A FEW DAYS LATER HE SAW THE MARK HAD BECOME BIGGER AND WAS ALMOST COVERING THE SCREEN. IT WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE MTN SHOP OF PURCHASE TO INVESTIGATE ONLY TO COME BACK WITH THE EXCUSE THAT THE PHONE HAS LIQUID DAMAGE. FIRST OF ALL THE PHONE IS JUST OVER A MONTH OLD TO HAVE NEVER BEEN DROPPED OR PUT IN WATER OR NEAR WATER. IT JUST SEEMS THAT THESE DAYS IT IS JUST EASIER TO SAY THE PHONE HAS LIQUID DAMAGE SO IT DOESNT NEED TO BE REPLACED AND PHONE COMPANIES CAN SAVE MONEY. SURELY THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF GAURENTEE ON SCREENS ESPECIALLY THAT BLACKBERRY IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST PHONES ON THE MARKET
