Bad service from MTN Silverwater Crossing

Got a phone on Contract on Wednesday the 4th of September, had a lot of trouble to get my number ported and the sim registered on Rica, eventually got helped at another branch with the RICA issue on Saterday. Noticed that the battery is not working well and not keeping long and it is only day 4 that I have the phone. Went to another branch as I was tired of struggling with the branch where I got the phone as I have been there 4 times between Wednesday and Friday and everytime sat for 1-5 hours ad waiting, they said they can't give me a new phone, I need to get one from the store where I got the faulty phone, and they phoned to confirm that the branch where I got the faulty phone has in stock and the branch said I can come in for another phone. Went to the store where I need to get new phone, which is my 5th time going there since last week Wednesday, just to hear them tell me they don't have any stock as they were robbed yesterday, yet this morning he said they do have stock. They can't tell me when they will have stock, but if it is over the 7 DAY period, they can't replace the phone, it needs to go for repairs, as if it is my fault they don't have stock or were robbed.
