Activation of internet starter pack

2013-09-28 @11:00
Purchased Internet Starter Pack for R399.
Was told that the activation will occur within the hour.
Waited until the evening, but no service, so called the customer care. Was told that the order has not been processed.

2013-09-29 @11:00
Visited the branch. Was told that the order is still being processed and will be done by the next day.

2013-09-30
Still no service.
Called the customer care centre and spoke to the manager on duty (Dean). Was told that the order was cancelled, but doesnt know why. I requested that the branch manager call me to explain why. Still waiting. Dean assured me that he will get the order in the system and give me feedback before 22:00.

2013-10-01
Still no service. No feedback from branch. No feedback from customer care.
