BLACKLISTED FOR NOTHING!!!

In 2009 I applied for a two year contract for a 3G data dongle and bundle... Soon after this, my laptop with the bundle was... So for two years I had to pay the contract for nothing.

So, after my two year contract I tried to stop the debit orders at the bank numerous times but Vodacom still collected the money every month. On the 21st of September I emailed my cancellation letter to the email address provided on the website. They still tried to collect the money in October... I was furious and reversed the debit order. I then went to the Randburg Square Branch to try and personally cancel this, only to realise that the system was off. I then phoned Vodacom DIRECTLY and cancelled it this way!! How many times does one have to cancel one thing?

Last week I received a letter from Vodacom stating that I still owed them R666-00 and if I didn't pay this money I would be blacklisted... So today I phoned the company that I have been handed over to... Burnard Raaff, only to find out that I have been blacklisted already!!

My cancellation letter was sent on the 21st of September and now I "owe" them money for Sep/Oct 2012 premiums!!
Thanks for the worst service ever Vodacom!!!
