I got an LTE data contract from telkom mobile and Mr Nyati sold the product to me. The router worked for 2 weeks then just stopped. A Mr Faheem at the call center told me I was given a wrong product as there no LTE coverage in my area, though I am getting strong LTE signal. Confused I called Mr Nyati and he DROVE to my house to come and assess. Seeing the strength was very high, he gave me a loan router while mine is being fixed!
The level of professionalism was unbelievable from this man and I give High 5 to Telkom mobile for employing correct people for correct jobs!
