I have tried numerous times to find out how to use my "Wi-Fi Data Unlimited Speed" that I get with my "Internet promo 5" contract. So far NO ONE could tell me. The branch in Rustenburg could not help me because they do not have experience with it yet and have no idea how to use it. The call centre keeps telling me that I should restart the router. When I chatted to them through the telkom mobile website, I was in a restaurant that had Telkom WiFi, so I CAN'T RESTART THE ROUTER. I kept telling the guy that, but at the end he said "Please connect to it and you will be able to use it" and then he just closed the connection of the chat. If it was that simple, WHY WOULD I ASK THE GUY IN THE FIRST PLACE!

The thing that bugs me the most is that I get 10GB a month on that. It has expired 4 times now, without me using even 1KB, because NO ONE can tell me how I can use that!

I know it is new, but geez, can't anyone help me!? If you look on my balance, you will see that my "Included Telkom Mobile Data" is there, which I use at least, and the other is the "Wi-Fi Data Unlimited Speed", which I can't use, because of Telkom's incompetence to help me!
