My business partner and myself have been into standard bank twice now for a confirmation letter, however everytime we would like to use this confirmation letter we are told it is not. So i contacted Standard Bank 2 days ago and was told that the person in charge of business accounts would phone me back the same day to organise a emailed copy of the confirmation letter as we refuse to stand in long lines for a letter that the bank just cant seem to get right. I can now understand why Standard Bank offers such low rates, i will rather spend more at another bank for better service.
