REQ:1657170, my original complaint has not been addressed, could a more competent person get involved as you guys are very good to debit my account monthly, but not willing to assist. Firstly I requested my itemised billing for November 2012, which I have not received to date. Secondly I purchased a new phone 9790, DOESNT DOWNLOAD VIDEOS OR MUSIC, DOESNT PLAYBACK VIDEOS... my contract is R349.00 a month for that I was advised by your sales person in MTN GATEWAY... Please send me your address as I would like to send this back to you, also make sure your customer service understand english and comprehend, instead of telling my the APN setting are all ok, dumbass this phone doesnt have signal majority of the time and even when its on 3G the download cancells...
