No where to go anymore

I got a call from Vodacom's upgrade department telling me that i am due for a upgrade. The phone, a brand new Nokia Lumina 920.

They deliver the phone right to my front door and that is where the good service came to a grinding halt.
Firstly Vodacom how about letting your "Loyal" customer know that he needs a new sim card that he has to pay for himself!

So new sim card in my Brand new phone, so i try to switch on my new phone but the screen stays blank.
i take the phone to the vodashop in the glen shopping mall in November 2012.

No worries they say they will send it in and should have it back within a week. Today is the 18th of January 2013 and no phone yet!

The problem they say is that the repairs department wont touch the phone! they say it is the upgrade departments problem. The upgrades department says NOTHING! the incompetent person on the line says she doesnt know what to do please refer back to head office. Head office says service department!

Iam paying more money for something i havent even used once, I dont get any answers, and no one can give me a straight answer!

Bottom line i feel that Vodacom doesnt care about long standing customers any more!
