I have complaint about your company and it seems like the company doesnt have a problem, the problem is the staff member this person Edwina, when i complaint he reply back to Hellopeter, she doesnt send me email or call me to let me know that they have received my complaint i have to go online to check my report, i think someone need to be trained here, please see her response to me, ok fine on your system it show you those comments i understand, i also send someone from your company and she didnt do her work from yourside the question is? are blaming me if they didnt do their job because your system doesnt day anything? i have told them about my problem, and need time i'll be happy if you can reply back on my email. please be professional and dont tell me about your system and tell me whats do you think, if i was using your system i was going to see whats going on unfortunately im not!! why should keep on sending complaint about you?
