Vodacom has deals on substandard handsets and its not coincidence as 3 of my 3 contracts are proof of this! The first a bb9360 took 3months to resolve and they still expected to charge me full prices, the second took 2 weeks to repair network problems and now a Z10 tablet only a week old can't be repaired almost a month later! No help is forthcoming from them can someone supply me with their CEOs contact details please?
