On 06/09/2013 I reported to - Nisam -I reported that Ican not send e-mails wit my MTN modum. 10/9/2013 I called again and spoke to Sebonga -No replay from MTN Yet. On 20/9/13 I called again -Spoke to Sobisiso - Still no feedback, stil waiting. They keep on blaiming my outlook express but my Vodacom modum can send and received mails. My IT did check every thing it is the MTN mails that is blacked from MTN side. I need to know why and why must I keep on paying for something that does not work. I did not even received a call for responds from their side! VERY BAD SERVICE.
