They refused to repair my phone before their three

My name is Mjabuliseni Mnqandi Mncwango from Durban central CBD, i bought a Blackberry 9300 from Markham gateway and was supplied by Vodacom network within six months phone was faulty i sent to Vodacom for first time they repair it, down within six month back to Vodacom again then they refurbish the phone and within six month same problem that was before 24 months warranty which was ended August 7 2013, I went on again on 2nd September when the screen was blank then they repaired and asked for me to pay R331.00 was for new battery and labour and repair now the agreement was 3months guarantee on their service they failed to accept my phone i even asked their service manager Mr Malcolm he refused while i was showing them same phone with same problem that i was sent for in their shop now i don't know what to do i am totally disappointing about poor service and knowledge of customers satisfactory, MY CELLPHONE 27 076 656 9586
