Every where you look Telkom is advertising this world class service but this is far from the truth. I have had problems with Telkom in the last 20 years we have been with them and what I have noticed is that the solution to bad service is to let it go and ignore it until the person gives up. This is the 4th hello peter I have filled in for Telkom in the last 4 weeks as when I am promised I would be contacted or called back I never are called back. 6 weeks ago I sent an email to complain as I was told by the call center this has not even been looked at. ARS 233392 this is one of my many reference numbers I have received. I was told that they were waiting for confirmation from the relevant department obviously this takes more than 3 weeks. World class service would normally reply to an email within a week at the latest. I want to know what is happening with this problem and I want to be contacted urgently. We are long term customers and do not believe this is anywhere near appropriate service. I have read the code of conduct and it states I should ask for the CEOs details if my escalated problem is not solved. I have requested this twice now. Also the call center can not help me
