Since I got the Iphone in Des 2012, the sim wasn't working, so they swapped the sim more than once! I paid and paid... till 1 month I decided not to pay anymore! I went to Cape Gate did a fault call, after I did it with Game may times... After a while I took leave to go to Paarl Mall, and sat there for about 2 hours, still no one could helped me, they emailed it again to head office... still waiting for them to get back to me. Now I hear I am have to speak to Legal!!! I explained my problem, and he as like all the others tell me to look at my contract, I signed for 12months! NO ONE can tell me what is wrong! Every time they tells me I signed the contract and that is that!! I just want to pay this freaking account and NEVER EVER again wants to deal with Cell C again! I want them to clear my name, because of this account I can not apply for a car loan!! PLEASE GUYS NEVER EVER GOES TO A CELL C STORE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! wait wait there is more... My residential address on my account is in "Bredasdorp"... to TOP IT ALL, I don't even now where is Bredasdorp, this is my residential address according to Cell C! I stay in Cape Town!
