Regret porting to Cell C

Endless problems with Cell C right from the start
1.When I activated the contract they had staff problems in Cape Town - delayed activating the contract.
2.Call drops consistently on the iPhone 5.
3.Calls go straight to voicemail.
4.Cell C loaded another persons contract on my banking details- took long to refund.
5.My iPhone went in for repairs - they say it takes up to 21 working days for repairs.
6.Went to Cape Gate and Tygervalley branch to activated BIS on loan phone- took 6 working days to sort it out.

Conclusion - rather pay a higher call rate and dont have to deal with incompetent people.
