I signed an R189 contract with cell C in the month of August, Cell C deducted R439 the month of September.
The online consultant was not able to explain the additional money that was deducted?
I had a number change, and payed R250 Within the cape gate store.
Nobody is allowed to deduct money without consulting.
How does Cell C deduct more than double what I signed for and is merely not able to explain?
I asked for an online statement and there is no accountabilitly? This is infuriating.
After calling in a few times and waiting a good while to speak to a consultant all that Cell C could provide me with was a case number.3100105013 which can be resolved within 48 hours...???
I am very unhappy about this.
