I purchased a phone at Alberton Edgars to my surprise this brand new phone gave me problems, and took it to a vodacom repair center as it was with in 7 days because Edgars told me to do so, Now i call in today because i was told that since the phone has been discontinued I will be getting a new phone "AT THE SAME PRICE" i call in today to confirm what was discussed with me but I GOT a shock of my life. VODACOM told me that they are going to be indemnifying me on the Market value meaning LESSSSS than what I bought this brand new Item WHICH I HAVE NOT USED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME AS I WANT A PHONE IF SUPPLIED ON THE CURRENT RETAIL VALUE AS TOLD! THIS INFORMATION ALSO TOOK TIME... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN VODACOM
