I bought 2 *blackberry at Edgars in 2012. In February 2013 the scroller were giving me problems. When bringing the phone to Edgars ive been send to vodacom to sort out the scroller concern. Vodacom consultant scanned the phn and could not pick up that it was a vodacom phn. I had to go back to Clifton to find me the date of puchase of the phn of which vodacom could register the phn, but all has fallen apon deaf ears, I had no luck with my 1st phn. My 2nd phn gave today the same problem, scroller not working, i went to report the matter at Edgars and was told to follow same procedure as i did with the 1st phn. He then told me that vodacom is responsible to register the phn, I have paid Edgards for their service, the link between Edgars and vodacom they must sort themselves out, i have wasted alot of time entertaining whatever was said to me. It should stop here.
