Ad service and. phone still under warrantee

On the 2nd of april I took my phone @ vodacom repair @ fourways mall cause my phone couldn't charge the charging block was faulty. They told me that they will call me the following day for the qoutation, but no one called me. I waited then the following week i called 2 find out what's wrong they told me that I had 2 pay R1800 for them 2 be able 2 fix it why should I pay money when under its warantee.they told me that they are going 2 bring back my phone unrepaired. I told them that its fine they can bring back my fone. They told me that I will get me fone within the end of the week. That was on the 10 may. So the following week I called again and they told me the same thing again. I called their head office and I spoke to Fikile she also said the same thing they can repair it and I wil get my fone within the end of the week so today I decided 2 call their repair department and I spoke to a consaltent an she told me that I. Must call her round abt 12 so I called and I spoke 2 another consaltnent and he told me that my fone is still with a technician so I don't understamd why there's no consistancy and I bought the phone nov2012 if this matter is not resolved I will take it furthe
