THE EDGARS INSURANCE IS USELES&POOR WORKERS SERVIC

I bought my blackberry 9360 (I.M.E.I Number: 35160205787922) @ edgars active mafikeng (northwest province around march but on the 2nd of july my phone started giving me problems with the charging system and on the 11th of july the charging system was not wroking at all, i took it to vodacom for reparis and after 2WEEKS they returned my phone and told me that they cant repair it because it was physically damaged and my edgars insurance says they cant pay! i pay R70 for the edgars insurance evrymonth so i dont get why cant my insurance pay??? and on the 26th of july i took my phone back to Edgars Active (Mafikeng) i was assisted by SUSAN, that lady doesnt know her job, she told me they will keep me posted about the phone and they didnt soo i decided to go back to the store and check how far they were with my phone when i got there they told me that my phone was still at the shop for the whole WEEK, it wasnt sent to the couriers where its supposed to be repaired i forced them to send it i dont even know its still there or not now i have to wait again, customer service is really poor, i want to claim a new phone, they keep my phone in store for a week?? i think its gonna take months now
