Good day

I had contacted Cell C two weeks back enquiring about the new Samsung galaxy note 3, was told it will be available after two weeks. after two weeks I contacted them again and there's still not phone available asked why and nobody seemed to know. my concern is why was I told it will be available after two weeks yet its not available.
