I have been trying since 13 Nov last year when the first request (EC-ZHAL-3PD576) was logged to get my account sorted, I was charged for SIM and connection, and Im being charged extra for every month for BBM text that was all included in the contract, Im not suppose to be paying for this!!! Since I First logged the call to get this resolved no one From Vodacom has ever phoned me to assist with this issue, When I phoned again to find out what is going on I was told the request was closed, without being resolved, I have logged a nother request for the same (S3-0442D-DEMX5). I have moved all my cell phone account from MTN to Vodacom due to the bad service from MTN, but seems I have mad a big mistake going to Vodacom, even worse!!!
