FALSE MARKETING

Good day,

I trust that you are well. I have put on a complain in March 2013, please revisit it and get back to me as soon as you can. I would like to have closure on this. Your investigation department take way too long to retrieve a conversation I had with your consultant. I do not know what is this costing me behind closed doors, I would hate to have a bad credit record because of your employee who was under pressure and did false marketing just to see herself having met the target for the day.
