As usual a financial service provider has up! After numerous emails to Vuyolwethu Mabengu with regard to my account she has now begun to completely ignore me. I checked on my Transunion and Experian credit reports and according to both my MTN account is paid up, however MTN refuses to provide me with a paid up letter for this account. I am so tired with companies not providing documents to their clients and submitting incorrect information and not doing what they are supposed too. Take responsibility!
