This is not the 1st time I have had problems with FNB... My husband ordered the samsung galaxy tab 7inch, only to be told that there is no stock and they dont have an estimate date, then two weeks later he gets a call to say it has been discontinued. I placed a order an order as well for the samsung galaxy note 8inch and when I placed that order I espcially asked the consultant (check your recording) if they have stock he confirmed twice that they do as I did not want the same thing happening to me. I called digital planet today and guess what they are out of stock and does not have an estimate date of when stock will be arriving.but the device is supposed to be delivered in 10 - 15 working days. I know I havent reached my 15th day, but I placed my order 29.08.2013 and have heard nothing yet, havent even received a reference number or a call to say there is no stock. How can you offer a service like this when majority of the time you are out of stock and Digital Planet is saying they just deliver the stock, and that they are waiting on FNB for the stock. I am so upset right now and no one can give me aanswer, all I want is a date of arrival is that to hard to ask for.
