No service or system knowledge!!!

I have spoken to about 15 different agents already, literally each person has a different answer!
I ordered a 2mb uncapped adsl package, I was told it will take 3 days and Ill be up and running.
However they were doing an exchange upgrade in my area and had to wait for this to complete.

This was completed last week thursday, I know because it is right outside my house and Ive been talking to the technicians.

I asked the technician if there are now ports available in this new exchange, he said YES PLENTY.

Each time I phone telkom I get told on there system it shows no ports available, then i phone back 30mins later, get told there are ports available, then get told, my order has an error, then get told, they will send an email out to a technician to plug in my adsl port and I will get a sms notification (still waiting for this notification)...

There ARE PORTS AVAILABLE!!! JUST INSTALL MY ADSL!!!

I was originally going to do the adsl deal through a different ISP including my line, but your sales lady convinced me you guys have good support and will get me up and running within 3 days to a week.

This is SHOCKING!
