Dear HelloPeter & Telkom,

I have laid a complaint last week and was then contacted quite quickly by Telkom. Unfortunately nothing has happened further.

My problem is that there is no ports available for an ADSL line in Sonstraal Heights, Durbanville. This is in the middle of Durbanville so I do not understand how this can be possible. Also note that Telkom is currently running a special but it seems that they do not have the infrastructure to even assist clients in basic areas like mine.

Everytime I phone Telkom, I am told a different story. This morning I was told that there is now 4 Ports available in my area and this afternoon I was told that there is no ports available.

I really need answers as to what Telkom intends to do about this matter. Escalating my complaint yet again will not help because nothing gets done.

Infrastructure upgrading is scheduled for April 2014 which is totally unavailable. Surely there should be a way of giving us a 1MEG adsl line shortly.

Kindly assist me with a way of getting us an ADSL line installed or another way of getting internet in our apartment.
