This is truly pathetic SERVICE!!!

It is now 3 weeks and I am still awaiting my refund from Mobimoola, I last received feedback from Mobimoola on the 18th of Sep 2013.

They are so quick to debt my account but now it takes for ever to re-fund me. Mobimoola has no sense of urgency and I am now sick and tired of this disgusting service. I must always be the one following up with Mobimoola, as if I am the one at fault.

The person (Marelize Kleyn) who is suppose to be assisting me, is not helpful at all, Im always the one e-mailing her requesting feedback in regards to my refund, I was told I will be refund on the 9th of Sep 2013 and still no refund to date.

I e-mailed her this morning once again and advised her if I don't receive my full refund today, I will be escalating this matter to the Ombudsman.

This is truly pathetic SERVICE!
