1. False Upgrade
Vodacome called me to let, me know that my contract was being upgraded but the individual could not confirm my main contract number, I told them that this was not me and they said they would prevent the upgrade.
On 21 January 2014, vodacom processed the upgrade without my knowledge or consent. Now they are not getting back to me with details of whatthey are doing about this.

Further how do they upgrade with my ID, Adress for delivery and bank details

2. Bundle Billing
In January I called vodacom to purchase a bundle, 3 gig.
The consultant assured me that the bundle will be effective from the date of my call and I will be billed and allocated the data proportionally for the remaining days of the month.
I have now beeen billed out of bundle rates and I have alerted vodacom of this 2 weeks ago and they said they would investigate and get back to me... STILL NOTHING

I am very concerned with their level of service and how they are quick to bill and slow to assist
