Good morning,

Last time I did an upgrade online but they gave me a new contract so I told them that I don't need a new contract but an upgrade they promised to fetch their phone and refund me the money which was deducted from my account. They did fetch their phone but they never refunded me the money which was deducted from my account, can they please refund me or else I will go to the bank and ask them to reverse my money, please.
