I had previous complaint with cell c about my cancellation of contract and yes eventually after so much struggle it was resolved, and Sipho Sithole contacted me and told me that my contract has been cancelled but money might be deducted from my account but i will be refunded if it does get deducted.
true to his words my account was deducted more than the monthly fee that it was supposed to be deducted (imagine my shock), after a week of not getting a refund as promised. i called the call center where my call was transferred from one department to the other without any help. i was told my account is with their legal department and the call was transferred and as usual from cell c i waited for more than 20 minutes until i hung up.
can i just please get back my hard earned money cell c.
