My wife cancelled her contract with Vodacom, because of their service at our house. She has heaped up over 600 free minutes over the course of her contract, but couldn't use it because of poor signal (of which we complained NUMEROUS TIMES!). So she cancelled her contract, with it expiring today (30 September 2013). It is now 10:30 in the morning, and her free minutes are gone already. Clearly it should have expired by midnight tonight only?
So Vodacom, go yourselfs, you rotten corrupt company. And you know what bothers me the most?? This complaint will not solve the problem because they absolutely just don't give a flying about their customers. Corporate greed be damned, what Vodacom does is something beyond evil.
