Taking my money!

I have two sellphone accounts with Autopage in Ballito, Kwazulu Natal. Someone from Autopage contacted me about 3 months ago, trying to sell me a 'my lifestyle package', including songs and games, for R171 extra a month. Because I do not need this, I said no. After the first month, this additional money was deducted from my bank account, after I did NOT approve it. I called customer service, which was a waste of money. You hold on for 20 minutes, and then get transferred from one person to the other. Eventially I was promised that the money will be paid back into my bankaccount after 5 working days. I've called again and send e-mails with no luck. Eventially. being fed up with wasing all my airtime on customer service, I went to Autopage Ballito, and called customer service from their landline, with absolutely NO help from the agents. After two weeks, the R171 was transferred into my account.
After the second month, this money was deducted from my account AGAIN. How do I stop this company from me, and how do I get my money back? Once again I have called, and send e-mails. Its been 5 weeks, and nothing! Stop taking my money!
