Recently, Saturday 21 September, a large section of the cabling in Jubilee street was by cable. From the moment this was reported to Telkom the communication was outstanding. Personal calls were received detailing the problem and the estimated time to completion. SMS messages and e-mails were received. I could see the guys working on the cable on a daily bases as I passed to and from work.
I (and I am sure others to) appreciate the effort and hard work put into solving a problem that was created by a criminal act.
Telkom takes a lot of flak from customers and sometimes they are really just doing their utmost to please a large customer base. In this instance the people involved all excelled in hat they did - Thank you TELKOM EMPLOYEES!!
