We have been without voice or ADSL services in the Welgemoed (Belville) area for one week now. Logged a fault last Saturday 21st September (22CWK210913) and have no feedback since then. Other residents in the area have also logged faults and have had heard nothing. One resident logged a fault yesterday only to be told that it was the first fault reported from the area. This is not true.

We need feedback or at least an estimated date as to when services will be restored. Telkom should also take note that line rental will NOT be paid for the period of the outage.
