If reported my telkom adsl line so many times now and each time telkom just closes the call without attending and my trouble still presist. My 2nd last call was reported as follow 859CTK110313 and telkom technian from witbank attended it 8 days later (not his fault) and confirmed with me that underground line from the street box to my house shows a fault with high resistence and he is forwarding to the techniacal cable devision (He phoned THEUNS in Middelburg technical). The next moment he I received a sms stating the call been resolved, which isnt as my telkom line speed keeps dropping then I cant work on the internet, and now this morning I lock a new call 50CTK220313 with still the same problem!!! Please Im paying each month my account and all Im asking for telkom middelburg please take pride in your work and FIX MY PROBLEM!!!
