I have bought a once of data package for R1800 which consist of 120 gigs of data bundle. This was done on the 11th of January 2013. The data was never loaded as per the purchase or the sales agreement. I phoned 8ta customer service the same day and they could not find any purchase. The following day i went back to the shop and they informed me it is a technical problem and it would be rectified by Monday the 14th of January 2013. Instead of the problem being fixed they started loading R50 airtime vouchers. I told the store attendant that R50 vouchers of airtime is being loaded he said they are busy sorting it out. No data package was ever loaded as per what was purchased. The airtime that was loaded onto my phone was not what I purchased I explained this to Hendrik the store attendant. I have told Hendrik I am not happy with the service rendered and it is not what I have purchased.4. I have had no service what so ever in regards to what I have bought. I have phoned customer care at 8ta and the consultant have confirmed the store must refund the data package. I am really disgusted at this point in time with how the 8ta store is handling this matter.
