CONTINUED BILLING

I have had the worst service from Virgin Mobile over the last few years so this May, we cancelled our 2 contracts, paid the balance owing on the handsets and ported the numbers over to Cell C.
This was in May this year, it is now September and I am STILL having money taken off my account every month.
I have stopped the debit order on my bank account but this does not necessarily stop the debit order and it hasn't! We have phoned them every month to enquire and they have "escalated" our query each time!
No one has ever contacted us. I live in Durban North and the closest Virgin Mobile branch is in Westville.
I am not sure what else I can do besides making sure that there is no money in my account for the next debit order!
