Last month I logged a complaint about this account that has been cancelled already. They pay back the amount into our bank account. This month they took another payment. Is someone at Virgin Mobile not doing their work properly or do an employee pocket the money when deducting payment from cancelled contracts. Immediate reverse this payment please and STOP the debit order.
