Repost account 120315790001 - I have been waiting for one of your staff to call me re this issue. You asked for my id etc which I mailed you two weeks ago.
I was called at home on the evening of the 2nd September by one of your telesales ladies called Thobila Mantengela.
She offered me a package for R399.00 which included 5 gigs data plus another free 5 gigs until March next year.
She also said that it included the rental of my phone and free calls after 07h30 at night.
Your Telkom technicians who helped me set the internet package up brought to my attention that the other 5 gigs which she had sold me was in actual fact only avail from 00h00 midnight until - 06h00 in the morning.
She also said that i would receive a free gongle which as yet I have still not received.
I would like you to please pull the telephone conversation that she had with me to confirm what I am saying.
Should this not be sorted out and honoured as she sold it to me I will take matters to the ombudsman.
I have tried for several days to speak to someone at Telkom and have been pushed from pillar to post as nobody knows how to assist me, which in my opinion is pathetic!
